Privacy & cookies.
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to change your mind.
Who we are
Dags Web Ltd. runs dagsweb.com and decides how the personal data described here is used. We are a company registered in Georgia.
For anything about your data, email info@dagsweb.com. Both partners read that inbox.
What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email and a message. Your company and the services you need are optional. We receive it as an email and use it to reply and, if you want one, to prepare a proposal. The same goes for emails and calls you send us directly. The site does not store form entries in a database.
Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
When you visit the site
Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. To do that it processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us page counts from the same requests. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site.
If you allow analytics
Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. We turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, and we don't use the data for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't make automated decisions about you. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page sends nothing to Google Fonts.
Cookies
Analytics cookies stay off until you allow them. The rest keep the site secure or remember your choice, so they need no consent.

Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, protects it and provides the page counts.
- Zoho Corporation runs our email. Our mailbox sits in Zoho's EU data centre.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC run Google Analytics, only if you allow it.
Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare and Google may handle data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and also rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become a project: deleted two years after our last message.
- Client records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Google Analytics: Google deletes visit-level data after two months.
- Cloudflare: security logs follow Cloudflare's own retention, and the page counts are aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time.
Email info@dagsweb.com and we'll answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If we add a new kind of cookie, we ask for your consent again.
